interior design ideas

Chairs

Here i have taken the letter 'A' from my Mutton Quad typeface and have then turned it into a chair. This idea came from the researching i did on my previous post. By having certain seating areas in the shape of my Mutton Quad typeface, the interior of my typographical restaurant will all link together.

Plates

The plates for my typographical restaurant would be in the shape of a hexagon, rather than a circle. This idea came from the style of my Mutton Quad typeface. I think that the idea of having most objects in my restaurant in a hexagon shape will look pretty cool and will reflect the title.

Uniform

Interior

Now that my menu is near enough sorted, i have started to look into how the interior of my restaurant could be designed. Below are some images, showing the use of typography within a household/building. This covers areas such as the furniture, plates and glasses.

Menu mock up

From creating this mock up of my menu i can see which bits of type need to be altered. This being the heading 'Mutton Quad' on the first page and also some type needs nudging in to the centre so that it does get lost in the folds.
